MxL Ltd is a specialist display contractor with over 50 years’ experience turning creative visions into standout spaces. We’re a family-run business with a hands-on, can-do attitude – designing, building and managing bespoke projects for the exhibition, museum, events and retail sectors. From local start-ups to global brands, we work with businesses of all sizes across the UK, Europe and beyond. 

Our in-house design and manufacturing team means we can offer a cost-effective, end-to-end service – from initial concept to build, installation and storage.

While custom exhibition stands are our speciality, we also deliver full-scale conference production, museum set pieces, office fit-outs, product launches, pop-ups and retail displays. Whatever the brief, we make it happen – creatively and efficiently. 

We also offer a promotional merchandise service for clients’ events and marketing campaigns. Whether it’s branded giveaways, conference materials or bespoke branded items, we supply everything from mugs and notebooks to bags, clothing and lanyards. And when we’re onsite for your event build, we’ll deliver straight to your stand, free of charge. One less thing to worry about.
