This year’s World Procurement Congress took place at the Intercontinental London O2.
MxL had the pleasure to help produce the following for this event:

- Bespoke Headline Stand ✅
- Sustainability Lounge with four partner areas ✅
- Broadcast studio ✅
- Tech Showcase ✅
- All exhibitor AV screens, real plants, furniture and counters ✅
Each exhibitor stand came with a recycled seamless graphic banner, 43” screen and built in socket as standard.
We then produced a custom built online shop for exhibitors to order additional items for their stand space, including furniture, counters and AV, with branding options included. This came with full user support and advice on all orders.
Sustainability was a key message throughout the show, so we used our stock wall panels for all structures and finished in a recycled graphic banner material. All items available through the exhibitor shop were our stock exhibition stand components and the curved display features were made from raw C+C Elliotis ply and are reusable for future shows.
Our onsite AV tech support team were there to help with any last minute media changes, and our onsite exhibitor team desk was there for additional support for all exhibitor queries and additional exhibition furniture orders.
We also helped out with additional branded merchandise orders, such as branded mugs, wireless chargers and water bottles, for extra brand impact.
The event was a fantastic success and has been one of the highlights of the year for us. We are now looking forward to working with the amazing team at Procurement Leaders for next year’s show.
