World Procurement Congress returned to the InterContinental London O2 – and we were proud to be back as production partners for the second year running.
Working closely with organisers Procurement Leaders, we brought their event vision to life – designing, manufacturing and installing several show elements, including:
✅ 62 custom exhibitor stands – each with seamless recycled banner wraps, 43” screens and built-in sockets
✅ Broadcast Studio – a central livestream hub with private green room
✅ Sustainability Lounge – a spacious, greenery-filled breakout zone with dedicated meeting areas
✅ Tech Showcase – a flexible stage space for talks and demos
✅ Hydration Station – drinks giveaway stand serving smoothies and soft drinks (complete with an ice sculpture!)
✅ Full event branding – signage, window graphics, floor vinyls, pillar wraps and more
✅ Plus, a headline stage, two registration desks, concierge desk and a Relax and Recharge station
Each exhibitor stand was sustainably constructed using our stock walling system, finished in eco-friendly materials. Curved features were CNC-cut from raw Elliotis ply and designed to be reused at future events. This year we added eye-catching cylindrical voile structures in central clusters connecting groups of four stands.
To make things even easier for exhibitors, we created a custom online shop allowing them to pre-order additional furniture, counters, AV and branding – tailoring their stands for their specific needs.
After the initial two-day install, Team MxL remained on site throughout, staffing a dedicated helpdesk for exhibitor queries. We also managed a seamless mid-show branding switch, in preparation for the evening’s World Procurement Awards and supplied branded merchandise for exhibitors – including mugs, water bottles and wireless chargers – for extra impact.
This was one of our biggest projects of the year and a real team effort from start to finish. We’re already looking forward to next year’s event!
